Refund Policy
Dermal Integrity will gladly refund any product deemed manufacturer defect. Refunds will not be considered if product was misused or damaged by the consumer. The MTS roller is considered a personal use product and should not be shared with others.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from receipt of the item to email us with a written request for a return authorization number. You must include a detailed note on the reason(s) for the return and the date of purchase. Once you receive a return number, you may return the item. It must be received back in the same NEW condition with all original packing material and accessories it was originally shipped in order to receive a full refund less shipping and handling cost. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
Items returned in new condition (in original packaging, unworn, unused) after the allowed return period may be accepted for store credit only. Returns sent back not in accordance with the return policy will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
