Dermal Integrity's MTS DermaRoller™ is one of the best rollers on the market--the needles won't fall out and the tempered steel stay sharp for longer. The MTS Dermaroller (CR2 and CR3) will last up to 12-months or longer for use on the face. Other brands may be less expensive, but dull quickly, fall apart, rust with increased risk of getting a needle stuck in your skin. Each needle is individually secured by our patented process.
