Facial Rejuvenation with Dermal Rolling--The Clinical Treatment
(Collagen Induction Therapy CIT / Micro-needling)
Achieve healthy looking skin naturally. Dermal rolling is an excellent technique to improve the appearance and reduce a wide variety of skin issues such as; skin texture, large pores, damage from the sun, wrinkles, and scarring (acne, chick pox, surgical), stretch marks, reds, and brown spots.
Often more than one clinic treatment is necessary, depending on the condition of your skin. Rolling at home in conjunction with a clinical treatment will provide optimal results. If you are currently home rolling, this treatment will enhance your results.
During your clinical dermal rolling treatment:
- You will first have a private consult.
- A Visia Complexion Analysis photo (this provides a baseline prior to treatment) It measures your pore count, wrinkles, UV damage, reds, brown spots, texture,
- We will then clean your skin prior to treatment.
- Apply a numbing cream
- Roll area
- Then we apply product (vitamins & copper peptides) to your skin.
The treatment will feel prickly, not painful.
What to expect after treatment:
You will have a pinky tone to your skin, like you were out in the sun. This will disappear by the next day or two (everyone varies). You could then get a little flaky for a few days. Just moisturize. You can start home rolling once the redness is totally gone.
In 4-6 weeks you will come in for your follow-up Visia photo measurement.
Clinical treatments are spaced every 4-6 weeks. For best results the client can home-roll between sessions.
